13/05/2021 ---7.15 hrs opening breakfast in the ADEPS-center "La Fraineuse" (hotel and chalets for those who can stay there) *8.00 hrs at the ADEPS-center "La Fraineuse" pick up your starting package (only possible between 8.00 and 9.45 hrs). *from 10.00 hrs you can prepare for start in the start-zone of La Fraineuse (sports stadium) *10.15 hrs = START Stage 1 Road Tour (Cyclo & Combi/triathlon) *17.00-18.30 and 20.30-21.30: possibility to pick up your starting packages if you are a mountainbiker or cross-duatlete: at the sportscenter of La Fraineuse in Spa (3 days) ***

14/05/2021 ---8.00 hrs you can still pick up your starting package if you are a mountainbiker or cross-duatlete) *9.30 hrs START stage 2 of the Road Tour (including triatletes) *10.05 hrs START running of cross-duathlon *10.15 hrs START stage 1 MTB and day 2 combi-tour) *20.30 till 21.15 hrs daily evening permanence (including opportunity to visit a doctor or enjoying sports massage) ***

15/05/2021from 6.50 hrs breakfast will be available already especially for the road tour cyclists who start at 9.00 hrs9.40 START final stage of the ROAD TOUR (with COMBI and TRIATHLON) *9.35 START Stage 2 of cross-duathlon (running!) *9.45 START Stage 2 MTB *20.30-21.30 daily evening permanence ***

16/05/2021 final stage of the mountainbike tour and cross-duathlon ---6.50 hrs breakfast available already in the hotel restaurant *9.00 hrs start final stage of CROSS-DUATHLON9.15 hrs start final stage of the MOUNTAINBIKE TOUR *13.00 hrs and later: FINISH *15.00 hrs start with all podium-ceremonies *16.00 hrs those who classified themselves in top-rankings can get their prize! all prizes will be distributed in the ADEPS SPORTSCENTER "La Fraineuse" ***
