LCMT 2010 - day by day time table

On Thursday morning at 8.00 am gates will open at the Stavelot football stadium. But those who have reserved their hotelroom in Houffalize on the day before the start, can already find their start package at Wednesday evening in the hotel! (more info down below)

Permanence at the start

Wednesday 12/05	Ol Fosse d'Outh - 20.00 -20.30 in the Salle d'Achouffe (left from the reception in Ol Fosse d'Outh) !!! only for who is lodging the night before already in the hotel
Thursday 13/05	Football stadium RCS Stavelot - 8.00 - 9.15 am for the participants at the time-trial competition
Thursday 13/05	Football stadium RCS Stavelot - 8.20 - 10.00 for the recreative mountainbikers

Thursday before noon 13th May

Give your luggage at the truck & changing clothes	8.00 till 10.20 am
Breakfast in the stadium (free sandwiches)	8.10 till 10.10 am
Prologue time-trial (competition riders)	1st start 9.30, last start 10.00

Ceremony protocollaire after the prologue	10.30
Bunch (group) is to get together on the football pitch	10.10 - 10.40

Stage 1 - STAVELOT - HOUFFALIZE (95 km - 2700 hm) 13 May

Food supply zone	FSZ1 = La Gleize (km 21) FSZ2 = Rencheux (km 48) FSZ3 = Petite-Langlire (km 71)
Finish	Houffalize (Ol Fosse d'Outh)
Bike wash	behind the reception and terrasbar, nearby the garbage containers
Lodgings	hotel Ol Fosse d'Outh or your own lodgings if choosen so
Dinner	in buffet from 19.00 till 20.30
Massage & electro-stimulation	from 5.00 pm till ??? (22.30 is reasonable) in the room on the other side of the retaurant entrance; you pay 7 € cash for a quarter at the physician. Electro-stimulation is for free.
Mechanical service	at the finish and later in the evening in the big garage on the left side of the stairs to the reception
Doctor's visit	21.00 - 21.45 and also in the morning after breakfast (limited time!) (daily repeated)
Evening permancence & competition-feedback Distribution T-shirts and cycling clothes merchandising	21 - 21.45 hrs Salle d'Achouffe 21 - 21.45 hrs between restaurant and massage hall
Night guard of the bicycles	garage closed at 22.00 - open at 8.00; bikes can be parked between 17.00 & 19.00 and also between 20.00 & 22.00 hrs. (each day the same)

STAGE 2 : Houffalize – Groothertog. Luxemburg – Bastogne – Houffalize (102 km/ 1700 HM)

Opening bike-garage	From 8.00 till start of the stage
Filling your drinks	At the entrance of the hotel from 9.15
Signing the start paper	At the entrance of the hotel from 9.15
Start of the 2nd stage	At 10.00, before at 9.40 a ceremony honouring the podium of day 1 is to be celebrated (also on Saturday morning)
Food Supply Zones	FSZ = crossing the road to Doncols and the road to Wiltz (km 25) FSZ2 = Surré (km 62) FSZ3 = Noville church (km 84)
Time trial	After the last food supply zone till Houffalize
Tyre change test from 3.30 pm	Special contest in afternoon: win some time by changing your tyre the fastest way! Everybody starts with 5 minutes. Can you do better? Then win those minutes and seconds + bonifications for the best of 3!
Bike Wash & shower	Ol Fosse d’Outh
Bike repair (mechanics)	After finish till evening (not while dinner is to be served)
Evening permanence	9.00 till 9.30 pm in Salle d'Achouffe
Massage/electrostimulation	Also available in morning hours between 8.00 and 9.30 hrs ! Immediately after your finish and shower possible; massage is 7 €/quarter; electro-stimulation is for free
Dinner time	Starting from 7.00 pm till 8.30 pm in buffet

DAY 3 : Houffalize – col d’Haussire – Baraque Fraiture – Houffalize (87 km/ 2800 HM)

Breakfast	From 7.30 am in Ol Fosse d'Outh
Opening bicycle garage	From 8.00 am till start.
Fill your drinks	At the entrance of the hotel from 9.15 am
Sign the startpaper	At the entrance of the hotel from 9.15 am
Start stage 3	At 10.00 am, ceremonie protocollaire at 9.40 am (podium of day 2)
Food supply zones	Borzée (km 31), Samrée (km 53), Les Tailles (km 80)
Time trial Shortrace: only top-40 after 2 stages	Cross country (all together), official start at the camping zone; finish is near by food supply zone 1 (ca. 52 km), included the Col de Haussire at km 42 Afternoon: shortrace, first four will start at 15.30 hrs and last four at 17.00 hrs.
Bike Wash & shower	Ol Fosse d’Outh
	From finish till evening, but not while dinner is busy
Evening permanence & T-shirts and cycling clothes distribution/merchandising	21 -21.30 hrs (same places as Thursday)
Massage/electrostimulation	In morning hours between 8.00 and 9.30 hrs. And after the race from 17.00 hrs possible (after shower!) - 7 €/quarter
Dinner	19.00 hrs till 20.30 hrs (buffet)

DAY 4 : Houffalize – Stavelot (97 km/ 2580 HM)

Breakfast	From 7.15 am in Ol Fosse d'Outh
Give your luggage to the truck	At the truck from 8.00 am Don't forget to return your room-key at the reception of the hotel!
Opening bike garage	From 8.00 am till start
Fill your drinks	At the entrance of the hotel from 8.00 am
Sign the control paper	At the entrance of the hotel from 8.00 am
Start 4th stage	free start from 8.30 am till 10.00 am; for the competition riders group start at 9.30
